Analogic Corporation to Webcast Annual Stockholders’ Meeting

PEABODY, MASS. (January 12, 2007) – Analogic Corporation (NASDAQ:ALOG) announced today that the Company’s Annual Stockholders’ Meeting, taking place on Monday, January 29, 2007, will be webcast live in listen-only mode.

The meeting, which will be held at Analogic’s corporate headquarters, 8 Centennial Drive, Peabody, Massachusetts, will begin at 11:00 a.m. ET. Following the formal business meeting, Bernard Gordon, Analogic’s Executive Chairman and Principal Executive Officer, and Edmund Becker, Analogic’s President and Chief Operating Officer, will review recent developments in health and security technology and will answer questions from the audience. The meeting will last approximately one hour.
